EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
In some instances, the photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one of a kind container which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual arrangement may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of plants or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with your selected item, then we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Flora Clay cannot offer refunds for orchid/plant/succulent arrangements that have already been made and delivered to addresses that clients provided (including wrong ones). A refund can be issued for arrangements that have not yet been made, usually 12 hours before the scheduled delivery. Pick up orders not picked up are non-refundable after 1 week of hold.
Please contact us via email within 48 hours after receiving the package. Email should include, order number and a brief reason for return. Once the return is approved, a shipping label will be sent. After return in received, refund will be processed to the original payment made.
