All orders ship within 1-3 business days after being received. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated with a shipping calculator at checkout. Once the order is shipped, a notification email will be sent to the email provided by the customer within 24 hours.
Here at Flora Clay, we care about the safety of our valued customers and our hardworking team. To make sure that we are not compromising your health or our staff’s, we will implement new guidelines with our deliveries.
We will inform you when your flower delivery is on its way.
Our delivery staff will leave your order at your front door or reception area.
Our staff will ring your doorbell or call/text to inform you that the delivery has been made.
Orders requesting flower delivery to hospitals, nursing homes, or senior citizen centers will be carefully evaluated. If it’s not possible due to risk or restriction by the institution, our staff will ask you for an alternate delivery address.
Deliveries are only available when less than 38 miles from Downtown Los Angeles. Delivery time frame is between 9am to 3:30pm. Delivery charge will be calculated by distance at checkout. For same day delivery, please contact us directly (213)627-8880.
If no one is available to receive at the time of delivery, both sender and recipient will be contacted for further instruction. When both cannot be contacted more than 15 minutes, order will be returned to Flora Clay HQ and will be only available for pick up. If the order is not picked up for more than 1 week, the quality of the product may degrade and possibly get disposed. In this case, refund and exchange will not be accepted.
You will get a notification email when your order is ready for pick up. Please wait for the email before coming to the store. When you arrive, please let our staffs to know you are here for online order and show your email notification. (If you would like someone else to pick up your item, please let the designated pickup person to bring your order confirmation email.)
If you want to reschedule your pickup time, please let us know so we can hold your order at the store. If the order is not picked up for more than 1 week without any reschedule request, the quality of the product may degrade and possibly get disposed. In this case, refund and exchange will not be accepted.
