Where are these orchids grown?

All Flora Clay orchids are grown at our San Diego greenhouse. We're vertically integrated — grower, retailer, and delivery — which is why we can guarantee fresh, in-bloom orchids same-day across Los Angeles.

Can I include a gift message or have it delivered to a corporate address?

What's your return or replacement policy if the arrangement arrives damaged?

If your Perfect Gift arrives damaged, photograph it within 24 hours of delivery and email info@floraclay.com. We'll replace or refund the arrangement. Because orchids are perishable, we don't accept returns of undamaged arrangements once delivered.
