What's your return or replacement policy if the arrangement arrives damaged?

If your Colorful World arrives damaged, photograph it within 24 hours of delivery and email info@floraclay.com. We'll replace or refund the arrangement. Because orchids are perishable, we don't accept returns of undamaged arrangements once delivered.
